Why Disk Full Error is a Sign of Morbid PC

Disk Full error, as the name describes, appears when a significant portion of your hard disk is used and there is hardly few MBs of free space remaining.

A balloon notification appears whenever the disk is fully used. In Windows there is a tool named Disk CleanUp which helps deleting temporary files. However, it has its own limitations. The tool is incapable to scan and remove duplicate files. It is not built to identify and clean duplicate files. Additionally, it cleans-up only limited portion of your drives. It doesn’t support cleaning of web cache, temporary Internet files, and so on. This is simply because it’s free of cost.

A) Clean-Up the Disk:

1. Double click Computer desktop icon.

2. Right click any drive.

3. Select Properties.

4. Click the General tab.

6. Analyze and clean the disk.

B) Manually Remove Temporary Contents and Backup Files:

6. Again press F3 key, type “*.bak” (without quotes) and press ENTER.

7. Backup files list will appear.
