The first step to convert your emails to PDF is to add an account to Microsoft Word. It consists of a few simple steps that require inserting information mostly about your account.

Microsoft Word will take a few minutes to connect to your account and once it does, a new email window will pop-up.

Once the account has been connected. In MS Outlook, you have to open the message that you want to convert into PDF.

Now click on File and select the Print option.
