Method #1
The first step to convert your emails to PDF is to add an account to Microsoft Word. It consists of a few simple steps that require inserting information mostly about your account.
Microsoft Word will take a few minutes to connect to your account and once it does, a new email window will pop-up.
Once the account has been connected. In MS Outlook, you have to open the message that you want to convert into PDF.
Now click on File and select the Print option.
Under the Printer drop-down, select Microsoft Print to PDF.
You will now need to choose a location to save your email as a PDF document.
Method #2
Another way to share emails or documents as PDF is to visit the File section and navigate to Share. Now select email and then Send as PDF. Once you have selected it, a new window will pop-up with the email or the document attached as PDF. From there you can select save as Adobe Acrobat Document.
