Find Duplicate Word Documents and Other Files in Your Computer Easily

A person who spends a considerable amount of time on the computer is bound to come across a lot of clutter on their PC and it becomes really hectic segregating the types of files and sorting through clone files. An organized and well-maintained PC is very important for efficient working.

A few files to sort through may not seem like a very cumbersome task, but when identifying clone files in a large number requires help. You can use the Clone Files Checker to assist you in separating the files.

The Clone Files Checker is a user-friendly and elaborate tool to effectively declutter your PC.

To use the application you need to first install it on your PC. You can do so easily by visiting its official website. Once you have access to the app, follow the given rules to find duplicate word documents.

Step#1: Add Files to Clone Files Checker

As you might notice, your top-left corner displays a box with the ‘Add’ and ‘Remove’ option with clear indication as step 1. Add the paths to the tool where your documents are saved. You can easily add multiple file paths/folders if required and remove the ones you don’t want.

Considering that you have a vast collection of files, you would want to keep a record of the similar files as well. The ‘Export Results’ option allows you to do this. The records are stored as a .csv file.
